At Bright, Clear & Portable, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all devices are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
